BSL's Integrated Missions are provided by the Mission Simulation Support Software (MS3) application suites. Currently there are two versions of Integrated Missions, MS3-Shuttle and MS3-Lunar.
The MS3 application suites provide for three main mission elements, Simulation Execution and Control, the Mission Control Center and the vehicle flight deck.
